Installation and Configuration / ERROR please help tried nearly everthing

ive upgraded today and all i get is There has been a critical error processing your request

ive had a few orders today  causing me a nightmare as it seems to not have been backed up ?

is there anything i can do
attached is my error log which ive deleted some to upload to hear
