also i can't access my admin panle

My server show me this error so download in localhost but it's still show me this error.

It's show me localhost error why how to solve this also try to change php.ini file session.auto-save:0 or 1 both try and restat server but it's show me same error Pleases help

my server is update php 8 form php 7.4.
My website stop working so change again PHP 7.4 but now my add to card button and other function are not working same as i try to login as an admin but it's show me above error.

Please Help Talk with hosting provider but they say problem with you coding site.

Now It's working with latest version of abanecart

It's PHP version error where is not match with Abantecart 1.2.16 so i change my php version and it's solve

Yes i can't update MySQL because of share server and also install old version Abantecart 1.2.16.
Because i don't have any choose?

How to solve this error 

Hello ,
           I have GoDaddy server there is use MySQL Version 4.9.7 because of that I can't install latest version.
           Should i install AbanteCart old version it's ok for me?
           Please Refer me good version for me.
