Title: Shipping per additiona item

I have some items where people buy 2 or 3 of, and I want to offer reduced shipping per 2nd and third items, is this possible by default or with an extension? For example forst item shipping £2.99 then 0.99 for additional items.

It doesn't appear this is possible ...
