Step 1. Apply 40% discount on product:
40 % of 29 936 = 29 936 × 0.40 = 11 974.4

Step 2. Free shipping: according to your coupon settings
Delivery = 0 (removes the 30.84 delivery cost)

That's a total savings of ≈ 11 974.40 (product) + 30.84 (shipping) = ≈ 12 005.24 saved overall

Hello.
Just to clarify, there's no need to purchase anything from the marketplace. The new UPS shipping extension we mentioned is already included with your AbanteCart installation, it's different from the old default_ups module and does not require any additional payment.

You can find and enable it by going to:
Extensions → Shipping → UPS (please ensure it's not the one labeled default_ups).

The default_ups module is deprecated and not compatible with AbanteCart 1.4.3, which is why you're seeing error and the blank shipping step.

Fix:
1.Go to Extensions → Shipping, find default_ups, Uninstall (and Remove if shown)
2.Go to Extensions → Shipping, install/enable new UPS (not default_ups).

Please add a screenshot of your coupon settings Admin → Sales → Coupons → Edit (your code)
and include the restrictions section (product/category limits, percentage vs fixed).

Could you please describe what issue you're seeing in more detail and share a screenshot of it?
Also, please open your browser's developer console (usually with F12 or Cmd+Option+I) before you start checkout and check if there are any errors there.
Finally, could you let me know which theme you're currently using?

The newsletter option you're seeing on the registration page comes from the RegisterCustomerFrm form; it's included as a field named "Subscribe".

We've intentionally locked the status of this field in the Forms Manager, so it can't be disabled directly from the admin interface. While you can disable it manually in the database, please note that doing so may break some default functionality related to customer preferences and notifications.

For that reason, we don't recommend disabling it

Hello.
It's usually better to simplify your setup by using one Tax Class and assigning it to all products. Then, inside that single Tax Class, you can create multiple tax rates for each Geo Zone or location (US, EU, Asia, etc.).

When adding the rates, make sure to use the "Apply tax if >=" condition correctly, so the right rate is applied based on the customer's shipping address.

After you finish the configuration, clear both the AbanteCart cache and your browser cache. This ensures that when a customer starts the checkout and enters their shipping address, the new tax configuration is properly applied (not cached).

CDN is a great idea to speed up image loading. You can find some ready-made options in the AbanteCart Marketplace. Or, if you prefer, you can set up your own integration with another CDN provider

After the manual upgrade, clear all caches and check again.

Hello.
To clarify, do you see this problem only on the new server, or does it also happen with your old installation (before the move)?

Please try the following steps to narrow it down:
1. Disconnect the PayPal extension completely.
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies to make sure there are no old PayPal sessions stored.
3. Then, log in again to your Live PayPal account from the AbanteCart admin and see if the error appears.

If you still get the "Oops, something went wrong" message, please take a screenshot of the error and also check your AbanteCart error log for the latest entries. That will help pinpoint what's going on.
