Hi,

I wondered if anyone could help me on a couple of points below please?

1, Is there a way or do you have a means to migrate the dataset, so we know its in line with the latest update?

I mean, I have what I think is a partly broke install, its either a DB or actual program file issue, but I still have not fully resolved it.

Its based around the emailing from the template, where I am certain the update broke the program or db somewhere along the line, so I am having to use a separate installed location, but I'd rather fix the original db or program.

To do this, I would like somehow to run a migration tool to check the db and constraints are all correct and fix, if there are discrepancies, among everything else, so I can be sure the db is correct and in line.  The same goes for the abante files themselves.  Any ideas would be helpful.

I seem to remember phpbb having a tool or script to do this, but cannot seem yet to see anything here for abante.

Unless the only way to do this is do a manual install, is that the only way?

2, Also, something I noticed with regards to the export tool for migrations,  going forward this would be ideal to have abante listed as well, so we can export and import to separate installs.  Seems strange you dont list abante as well?

I am using Novator, AbanteCart Version 1.4.3

Could someone advise what might be wrong with regards to sending from the admin pane, an email, using the "Send Mail" feature.

The emails are sent fine to end customers for orders and order updates but the manual email "Send Mail" feature reports of an error when sending...

(Connection error occurred. HTTP-status:403)

I cannot quite fathom what could be wrong if the other emails are working fine?

Im using the default "Novator" theme.

I would like to know how I can amend the size of the "SALE" that is shown when an item has a discount applied, as I want to make it more prominent.

I found a separate "SALE.png" file but that appears to be not the same one.  (The difference is there is a > shaded at the end)

I have a feeling this is a text overlay thats coded somewhere, rather than an image.

Any thoughts and help would be appreciated.

In the Order, you can set a status, add a comment and set to notify the customer.  But the email the customer gets is just black, the template isnt populating and its not posting the comment or order data.

Could anyone help please?

I believe this has been asked before but was 9 years ago under a totally different release.  So I cannot seem to find the comparison files that were apparently java files.

I'd like to be able to adjust the image speed for the next image in the slider.

So if a product is viewed and there are 5 images for example, its a bit too slow for my liking so wondered if we can adjust this. Its currently about 5 seconds.

Unless I haven't see it in the configuration....

Probably been asked many times before, but I cannot see historically where this has been asked.

When a customer is placing the order, at the final cart page and in their order history, they can see a preview on the website showing details of the order in full, showing in the main grid:

IMAGE - DESCRIPTION - MODEL - SKU - UNIT PRICE - QUANTITY - TOTAL.

When I set up the site, I was of the impression the emails the customer gets, and order documents (that you can print from admin or from the account) show the main product image with the detail as explained above.  However these do not, its just a basic summary of the same info but without the image. EG

PRODUCT CODE - MODEL - QTY - UNIT PRICE - TOTAL.


Is there a way to get the image to show per order line, within the order email confirmation and printable order document in the same way as you can do from the site page?

Basically I want to have two templates, one email and one printable document that can show the product images at will.

See attached:

Invoice print version (no product image)
Email confirmation version (no product image)
Customer Webpage Invoice View - (has product image)
