Just went through this. Set the country and state to 2 digit abbreviations. Such As US for Untited States and FL for Florida.

Let me know if the Shipping options work for you. mine will not turn off. I need ground only and they all stay on.

I ship chemical products and can only ship ground. UPS extension displays all options which beyond ground would be air. All are turned off except for ground in admin.

We struggled for last 6 days because Fedex module inflates cost as if each item is a new package. So got set up with UPS and it doesn't work properly either.

NEED HELP PLEASE.

Customers are getting high shipping charges when ordering more than one item. Individual shipping is turn off on products but it appears Fedex module is sending request for multiple packages instead of just one package with one order.
When I run the estimator every item i add on multiplies the one item shipping cost. example: 1x2lbs item = $12, add another 2lbs item = $24, add another $36 and so on.

I set a new user attched to a group, set all permissions, modify and acces to ON. Login under that user and get permission denied for everything.

Newbie Here, I'm replying to this older post because I do not see a way to submit a post on this forum.

I'm have same trouble, no default_pp_paypal shows in check out. Paypro will show if enabled but I need only the default paypal.

Tried changing the image icon but to no avail    Any help is appreciated

Can't edit from admin : menu, categories, image banners, manufacturers, etc  Get the same error

Somethings will edit some not.

Ok This is my third install

All loaded in but I can not edit half of the areas in design in admin

I get Forbidden and no permissions and 404 error.  Ive set my perssions to 777 on all files/folders required in install instructions

All day long for three days just trying to get a working install

Finally was able to open admin with new install,

Mabye you can help me with this.

When I try to make changes in admin to some areas like in banner manager I get "Forbiden, permission denied and 404 not found error. Can't get it to pick up image changes.

Also tried to install through softaculous but get error

My host provider also looked at install instructions but could not get it to work either.

I have a new install and have not been able to get into admin. if I go to admin folder or admin/index.php I get permission denied and 404 error also.   

I renamed htaccess file but then get redirected to store front instead of admin.

I don't see any help on the diisscusion link provided.  You have any success?
