Title: Wrong subtotal calculation, cuasing wrong tax amount

AbanteCart 1.3.3. The low order fee is not correctly added to the subtotal, and therefore the tax calculation is off. Please see screenshot. Is the sort/calculation order incorrect in the admin panel?

Hello.
To tax the low order fee you need to select Tax class in the Low order fee settings
