Title: Install new language

Hello.
I am a brand new user of AbanteCart, I have used PrestaShop before but want to switch.
However, one thing I don't understand about installing more languages without an installation file (extension).
I've read the manual on abantecart.atlassian.net, and also searched here in the forum, but I don't really understand how to do it.

Can some kind soul explain to an "idiot" how I do it?

You can add a language in your admin https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/15433741/Add+Language
however it is not recommended
