Title: Remove banner under header

Under the header there are two banners.  The first is a slider with 300x600 image placeholders.  I want to edit this.
The second banner is a free shipping, easy payment, variety, etc banner.  I want to delete this completely forever. 

I watched the video but I have a different version.

Hello.
Go to the Design > Layouts > Home page and disable or edit the block

To edit the banner go to the Design > Banner Manager page
