Title: How to install script to my template

I need to install a java script to inside the head section of my template.  Can someone give me some tips as to where to find the proper file?

Create an HTML block and add it to the Layout https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/25001986/install+HTML+Widget
or edit your theme files directly storefront/view/default/template/common/head.tpl
