I would like to check where I can set "Free delivery" if the customer has purchased a limited amount.

Hello. I think You need Free Shipping extension (core feature) see manual (http://www.abantecart.com/ecommerce-documentation/46-admin-user-manual/extensions-menu/shipping#Free%20Shipping)
