an anyone help me with a guide on how to remove the "Powered by AbanteCart" from the bottom?

You can often strip out the 'Powered by AbanteCart' by altering the footer template in the admin control panel or by editing the footer.tpl file in your website's theme. Just be sure to review the licensing agreement first!
