This is my 2nd question.
What PHP framework AvanteCart is under/using ?

The reason I asked this  is because I'm also a web developer.

Hello solidcodes8,

AbanteCart free open source version is not using any third party PHP Frameworks.
There is Bootstrap v5 for a front side and some other UI frameworks in the amin
