Title: Admin URL

What is the correct URL to access the admin login page?

Yesterday,  [ mydomain/cart/index.php?rt=index/login|s=your_admin ] - worked fine repeatedly.  Today it results in "The page you requested cannot be found!" error page in the CART!!
