I was doing some testing and noticed that if I sign in as a guest and do not select a shipping option I get the incorrect error of " Payment option not selected" When signing in as a returning user, I get "No shipping option selected" Which is correct.

This is strange. What version of the cart do you use? Do you use some custom template?

I use default (the original) ver. 1.1.7 . nothing special or customized.
