i am getting:
Paypal webhook PAYMENT.CAPTURE.COMPLETED: order ID 15297
Paypal related OrderId: 5UY95258CG8521246 but not found in the database.
what may cause the error and what is the fix?
apparently the error is on some random orders, could it caused by the buy now button?

or you had test with two instances of the same store.
or you have placed an order and then have reinstalled the cart.

no on both of your question. it appears that some of the orders has the same issue.
when does the base info get passed to paypal?
how can we add debug to capture the error?
also what is the preferred mail transport for cart v1.4.4.
