i am using interspire since couple of yours i saw abentecart and when i checked demo i liked it

but i wants to ask some questions.

1) how to add product variations ?
2) is there any option to use separate payment method on selected items example: Product A user can buy if he/she agree to pay advance payment, Product B user can avail Cash on delivery payment method on it??

3) i tried to checkout from demo page why it didnt asked me any payment method??

4) customer get email of order ?

5) customer get payment method instructions after placing an order?

6) can we add currency symbol of our choice?

Yes to answer to most of your questions.

Please do some research by reading manuals and trying AbanteCart
