Title: How to disable some of the countries

Hi

I have disabled (set status as "OFF") for some of the countries under System -> localization -> countries.
However, still can see those countries that I had disabled from the Create account page.
Please guide me how to resolve this.

 cleared cache?

It work after clear the cache.
