I'm trying to complete the install, I pass the Compatibility Check and I enter my database information in the Configuration section. Then when I hit the continue button, it loops back to the beginning instead of completing the install.

Do you have access to server error log?
Also check system/logs/error.txt

No I don"t, I'm using fatcow has a host
