Title: Extension to add CALL FOR PRICE

Some vendors do not want us to advertise a price on our website, so I would like an extension to substitute a dollar amount with the following text: CALL   or    CALL FOR PRICE.  I noticed that OpenCart has an extension to accomplish this but have not seen one in AbanteCart. Thanks.

I do not think we have extension like this.

It has either been added since than or was always there. I have it on my clients site.
I believe i just disabled "Allow customer to order this product" , after disabling orders on that product, it has a button that says call to order. Taking you to a phone number

Yes,  a solution was added in version 1.1.8. 

It is in the Data portion of the first screen on the Product page.   Look for this:

Block Product From Ordering:
This will put product to display mode only with no ability to order. Contact us for order message will be displayed.
