Title: How can I reset the number of downloads for a customer

Good day - I have a customer that has attempted to download a digital product.  I have set the download to allow for 2 times but I guess she messed up twice - - now she has 0 available - how do I allow her to download again?

Interesting question. There is no way to do this currently in the admin. You can access your database and update this in the table ac_order_downloads

Look for row with correct order_id and increase remaining field.

On a positive note, we are working on new downloads process in upcoming version 1.1.8 and updating downloads will be possible.
