I'm new to this, can someone help me.

I've received an error message:-
Error: cannot to load config.xml of extension shipping. in /home/valen/public_html/core/helper/utils.php on line 477

Error Log:-
2014-01-11 13:57:43 - load error: AbanteCart core v.1.1.7 Error: Could not load template /home/valen/public_html/storefront/view/default/template/blocks/content_footer.tpl! in /home/valen/public_html/core/engine/view.php on line 205

And, there's no coupon on my shopping cart page even when I enabled it in the settings and created a code for it.

Did you accidentally deleted some files? You might need to reinstall abantecart.

You can also attempt to reload/replace all the files/directories from distribution skipping system folder.
DO NOT copy system folder.

I reinstalled abantecart and solve everything, thanks ;)
