Title: Order confimartion email for customer

Hi, in my order confimration email or the invoice email, the subject displays:
Mitchie's Cupcakes &amp: Cakes when it should be
Mitchie's Cupcakes & Cakes

How do i fix this?

the code is misintrepting the & as an symbol action. Retype your website title in the system menu and use the word [and] instead of the amp sign [&]
