Title: Problem with the installation step 3

Hello, I have a problem with installation - configuration in step 3
configuration system stops working. I tried installing on multiple hostings
and the same problem. I followed the installation instructions. Thanks for the answer.
PHP version 5.3.28

Does your host have Softaculous with Abantecart?- it will make your installation really easy and probably overcome your issues.  You may need to check the file permissions per the documentation after it is installed.

This looks like database issue to me.

Can you check your log in /system/logs/error.txt.
If this log is empty, check server error log
