Hi

I use Paypal pro.
I have this message : "this transaction has been completed, but the total of items in the cart did not match the total of all items" and i don't understand why !
Could you help me ?

post please what version of abantecart and paypal pro extension?
also need to know what is your default currency (currency in abantecart settings) and price of product...

Hello

Abantecart  1.1.8
Paypal Pro   1.0.0

Currency: Euro  (€)     valeur    1.00000000

Product price: 3.90€

and i use Shipping estimate  (for this case it's 1.65 € charges)

I tried to simulate others amounts but it same

NEWS

When i use "Pickup from store" option, it work normally and the transaction is Ok

So the problem come from the total "Shipping" + items

I don't know how to resolve that

Could you help me quickly !

Hi everybody

I have problem with Paypal pro and Shipping (location: France, currency: Euro)
- when i simulate a order with paypal pro and shipping, i have error 15008 "This transaction as been completed, but the total of items in the cart did not match the total of all items"
- when i simulate a order with paypal pro and pickup from store, all is alright

So, if someone use Paypal pro and shipping without problem, could you contact me in PM for compare installation

I tried new installation in my server with paypal pro and shipping with currency "USD", country "us", but same problem and message !

please replace file public_html/extensions/default_pp_pro/storefront/controller/responses/extension/default_pp_pro.php
by attached and let me know about result

New message is : "Merchant country is not supported"

I use sandbox paypal test   with a buyer FR. personnal FR.      ( th API credentials are OK)    my currency is Euro                but in sandbox Paypal have created a account like: xxxxxxxx.facilitator@xxxxxxxx   in US country !

so i don't know if the problem comes from plugin or sandbox paypal

You have a idear ?

Direct Payment in this instance - from a country that does not support Payments Pro. Currently it is only available to US, UK, and Canadian merchants.

I  have just tried a order without "sandbox" so real order

and the message is  " The transaction has been completed, but  the total of items in the cart did not match with the total of all items."

same error !!

precision i sale spices so the weight can be 0.040 kg or 0.100kg  (i tried in gram but after 999.99 g there a error in price shipping if the weight is 1.100 kg for example) but the shipping price could be 1.65 or 5.50, etc.....       
i saw in paypal.pro.php weight =0        i don't know, just a idear
