Title: refined search extension showing only 2 column

after i installed refined search extension, when i click on any category at top level, e.g. sarees, it shows refined search options on left and sub-categories on right top - all that is fine - but products under that is showing only in 2 column (instead 3) (see attached). But as soon as i click on any of the refined search check box, it shows 3 columns.
I tried changing size but that is not changing anything.
how do i show them in 3 column instead 2 ?

Number of column is automatic based on browser window size. Basically, whatever, can fit into the row. You can try reduce image sizes in settings -> appearance.

thanks for your reply but that is not the case here...
1> i changed to size 150x150 instead 250x250 and still it does the same thing

2> now to prove what i mean, pls goto kanganafashion.com and click 'sarees' on top menu, it will show only 2 column for products - than click 'sarees' checkbox on left, it will show 3 column and than uncheck, it will still show 3 column !!

only from top category if u select anything it's two column...

who is supporting paid extensions?

hm..i see 3 columns for "sarees" category everytime. see attachment.


P.S. please contact algozone.com for support of paid extensions

If you click 'saree' from top or any category from top, it shows two column but if u click any category from left (filter) than it's 3 columns. also if u uncheck category from left, it is 3 column

Go to System > Settings > General

Check your input in following fields:

Number of Items In Bestseller Block:   
Number of Items In Featured Block:   
Number of Items In Latest Block:   
Number of Items In Special Block:

Change it as per your requirement.
