Title: localization states

Hi,i would like to ask how to define states/sub-district in abantecart for shipping purpose.Like here in indonesia,we use province : west java,city : bogor,and the sub-district : ciomas.Is it possible to define these in abantecart?Thanks

Read about that in this documentation section:

Scroll down to the locations sections and you will see that you can Custom-defined groups or portions of a country. For example, create a custom Location to charge local, province, and federal tax, OR charge less for shipping to your province + the provinces that surround you.
