Title: How to edit the newsletter_signup block ?

Hi
If I go to:
Design => Layout => Blocks
at the bottom of the page I can hover over any block and "edit block" appears,
only not for the newsletter_signup block.

So how can I edit the newsletter_signup block in german, english and spanish ?

Edit block will show only for editable block. Static blocks do not have edit option.

Edit text in the cart please search forum or look at the documentation

Another solution is to install abantecart locally on your computer
and then use a text string search tool to locate such blocks
in their respective templates/php/xml and edit from there.
