Title: Softaculous v 1.1.9 missing htaccess file

I just made a fresh installation using Softaculous and version 1.1.9. 

There is no .htaccess.txt  in those files.   All other root files are there.  I have not checked to see if any sub-directory files are missing.

I did check on the download on Abantecart - and it is there.

Sorry,  this was my error.   The "show hidden files" was not checked, therefore this was not showing.

All is well now.
