Title: Email Parameters - Alert

Hi,
System => Settings => All Settings => Mail =>
Mail Parameters:
Alert Mail:
Additional Alert E-Mails:

Can someone give me examples what to enter here for Mail Parameters
and how to use Alert Mail ? How can I connect different Alert messages
to emails ?
