Title: not send the order request

this appears: "Error: No Shipping options are available, please contact us for assistance.".


Where I can change the data and send it to the administrator.?

Hi. If you just want to modify message text use AbanteCart global search in Admin top right, paste 'No Shipping options are available' text (see video how to use Global Search (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sNRsVJMEuk4) )

To configure Shipping methods go to Admin-Extensions-Shipping (http://www.abantecart.com/ecommerce-documentation/46-admin-user-manual/extensions-menu/shipping)
