Title: Google Sitemap Extension?

Does Google Sitemap make an XML sitemap and update it as I update my catalog?  There is very little information on the extensions about what it does.  Is there somewhere I can find out more about what it does?

This extension give you a link with generated XML. Each time you add new product new XML generated

Is it generated automatically and uploaded to the same file automatically or do I have to upload it every time?
