Title: Shipping Surcharge

Is there a way to add a shipping overcharge on top of the UPS and postal rates?

I don't mean a handling fee. I mean a shipping overcharge for certain items only.

Have you tried either of these fields located within the Product Description Page?
They are enabled on an individual item and not globally.

Ship Product Individually: Product will be shipped in a separate package and additional shipping cost will be added to the order with multiple items.

Fixed Shipping Price: this setting allows you to offer an exact shipping price for individual products.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I don't think they will work for me. Ship Product Individually will charge an additional shipping based on standard shipper rates. Fixed Shipping won't include the rates charged by the shipper. I want to combine both: the shipper rate plus a fixed overcharge on top. This is only required for certain items shipped by one of my suppliers.
