Title: Google Hangout Chat extension - how to deploy it

On version 1.1.9   there is an extension in the original download (not the marketplace)  that is called Google Hangout Chat

The extension instructions say "Embed HTML-CodeGoto Create a Google Hangout chatback badge and copy & paste the generated code into the text box."

The link there goes to  https://developers.google.com/+/hangouts/button (https://developers.google.com/+/hangouts/button)  and on that page.   There are a lot of instructions on that page,  and doesn't appear to be a simple account holder to generate the code unique to them. 

So my questions are:
1.  Does this extension work with the latest Google versions of Hangout talk?
2.  If it does,  is there a different place to obtain the widget code?   this developers page is more difficult than most of use can decipher.

This extension was not looked at for a while. It needs to be checked again latest  Google versions of Hangout talk.
