Hi,
the problem I am still having is when a customer pays for a downloadable product, it shows in there account as a download, but when the product has been downloaded to there pc it shows as an unknown file. This applys to any downloads that is a jpeg, rar, zip, png, etc. I personally am running explorer 11 and windows 7. None of the file downloads have any correct extension. Any ideas please?

Most likely, you did not set up mask correctly. Downloaded file is named based on the mask. If it is unknown OS will not be able automatically open it.
Set mask with correct file extension.
