Title: making header fixed and visible on scolling

i want to make header fixed .or when we scroll the page a small header comes sliding keep fixed while scrolling...i tried to making changes to style.css but it hides when i comes above slider , cart ,thumbnails,etc .please help me thank you in advance

I also need this.
When the website is scrolling down, then i need the header will be fixed.
