Title: change text that pops up below product title when you hover over it

Hello
how can I change the  text that pops up below product title when you hover over it.?I understand abbr html.
I want to change it to ....click for details,instead of a repeat of the title.
Can't work out which file to do it in.

......solved.It does n't use abbr!
