Hi! I try to do a testing for my store. When customer placed an order, we did receive a notification email of the order. But on customer's side, they have not receive any confirmation email. Do I have to send confirmation manually or did I miss to on any button for the confirmation email. Please advice. TQ :)

Check your mail setting in AbanteCart and hosting. Please use forum search this was covered several times. :)

Hi! Thank you for your fast response. I already check the link given and tried to do as per link given. But still face a problem. FYI, I'm using "MAIL" setup. Email Notification of order to store owner is ok. But notification to customer still got problem.
1. If customer use yahoo email still no email notification
2. If customer use .com.my email - got notification. (My store use .com.my domain. I create one email address using my domain name for testing purposes).
I also realized that there is no email send to the new registered customer for account activation link if using yahoo or gmail. But got email if using the email account I created under my store domain name. Please HELP :-\ TQ

Please contact your hosting provider. Sending mail is related to your server configurations.
