Title: Product not being displayed?

Hi there,

I am new to this.
I have not made my website live yet as I am still playing around with it.
I have added a test product.

Although it shows in my search and even it the multiple categories I have linked it to,
when I click to open the details (as a customer would), it says product not found.

Status is ON, so is featured.

The issue is that I am unable to click the actual product to open and display the description and details I have listed.

Please help!

It sounds as though you have assigned the product to one or more categories, featured it, and activated it for display.  I do not see any mention of having assigned it to a store.  This must be done explicitly - the editor will not set a default.  (This is to avoid premature publication).

1. Please double check that you have selected correct store for the product
2. Rule of the thumb to clear cache in case something is not updated.

Thank you for your advice.

I resolved my issue finally.

I created a new product to compare and figured out that I had filled in "date available" for a future date.
Once I removed that and put todays date, it showed up.
