Title: cant export please hlp

I to have an error with this version i went to import/export and i only selected products to export and it came up with this error

Error: cannot to pack /home/pawsand1/public_html/www.shopfrontsales.com.au/admin/system/backup/export_07012015_064121.tar.gz

does anyone have any answers this is doing my head in
