Title: Related Products alignment of images and text a total shambles
Post by: theriot3 on January 10, 2015, 05:59:19 PM
Hello Support,

The text is sometimes under the images and sometimes to the right.  Looks like 3 or 4 composite bootstrap css styles involved—I'm well over my head.  I see the product.tpl calling up the styles and so it is somewhat approachable, but I 'm goin blind reading the .min and not sure what is exactly technically wrong.  Clearly something is not providing enough space.  Happens with identically-sized pics.

Hours and hours and hours to go without rewriting css/tpl code.

Appreciated any assistance,
MSR

If text is too long it can jump to new line. What section are you looking at? Can you share URL or screenshot?

THANKS SO VERY MUCH FOR GETTING BACK!  ;D

As you can see, the text is almost never under the image, even when that text is very small; when it is, the image floats left, and is not centered.

Makes for a confusing, unattractive read.

Hello abantecart.  Not getting anywhere on this.  Is this the way of the Forum?

Fixed.  I increased the size of the related products images in settings/appearance and, while the image quality of the thumbnails (which I will replace) is garbage the alignment is respectable.  Thinking cap to the rescue again.
