Title: Can someone tell me if this is an extension?

In the demo in the top right corner the social media buttons.  Does anyone know if this is an extension and which one?

no it is NOT an extension  - it is a design block.

You can find it on your design  > layout  -  look for Social Icons

Or in your blocks -  again look for Social Icons 

It is an HTML block design.

Ok I do not have that block.  I only have social_media_set.

How would I get that block?
