Sir,
The problem with my store has started since last week.Whenever a customer orders a product from my website,no email is sent to his primary email regarding the order.The second problem that i am facing is that whenever i login to my control panel, i dont get notification message regarding new orders placed.Both of these problem were not there before last week, but since then i am facing these issues.Please help me fix the issue,its very ******.

Hello.
Check AbanteCart error log for mail related errors.
A common issue with using mail is the firewall on your server may not be configured to allow the connection that you are trying to make.

Thanx for such quick reply ,
I am able to send mail to customers using mail function in my admin panel.But The automatic emails after each order is not generated,and neither i am receiving notice message of the order.

Try to check with different customer emails. Some servers may block sending emais to yahoo or gmail.
Also you can try change your Mail settings http://docs.abantecart.com/pages/settings/mail.html
To receive notice about new orders enable Alert Mail setting

But it still didnt work for me,manually i can send email to customers but the automatic mails for orders are not generated, and i am not receiving message for new order,other messages are shown to me.Manually i am able to send email to all gmail and yahoo customers.

Thank you so much for taking out time,i got the solution..there was a file missing from my folder,i cross checked and fixed it up.

There are several common issues with email
- some files missed or corrupted
- hosting have incorrect security or other mail configuration. Server may block your mail due to spam/firewall filters
