Title: Need help to fix problem with Search
Post by: Ollie on February 16, 2015, 05:43:07 PM
I uploaded a batch of products and everything was working fine. I was able to edit most of them. When I got to the end of the list there are about 20 products that I simply cannot find. So I uploaded them again, but they are nowhere to be found. I downloaded the file and they are all showing in the csv file. There are also in the database! How come they're not coming up in Search? I ran a check of the database and it says there's nothing wrong with it. It sounds like this is a glitch with Abantecart.

Try to clear AbanteCart cache after import.

I cleared cache after import. It didn't solve the problem. I added an item manually and was able to find it. For some reason Search is not finding some uploaded items. Any idea why this is happening and how to solve it?

No, I didn't use any special characters for searching. I just searched the database using the model number and found several instances of the same item. I deleted all the repetitive items, uploaded the file again, did another search in Admin, but couldn't find any of those items!

I also did a database check. It's coming back as OK. A couple of items are showing as xxxx_abantecart.abc_stores
warning: Found row where the auto_increment column has the value 0 status   : OK

I figured out the solution. Column AJ (products to store) was missing.
