Hi please help, I cannot upgrade to the latest version due to this error. Any ideas?

Error: cannot to pack /home/buygunsc/public_html/store/admin/system/backup/abantecart_120.tar.gz

Just to add ive had the server admin increase my PHP memory size to 128M

Hi.

Backup your database and files via hosting Cpanel then try manual upgrade (http://www.abantecart.com/ecommerce-documentation/user-manual/installation/core-upgrade#Install_manually)

Thanks for the reply.

I tried the upgrade and when I got the point when I use the MySQLAdmin I get an error telling me the tables already exist!
