Title: note_config is missing

Hello,
I am new to AbanteCart.
Installed on pc in xampp.
I do not understand warning message or what to put in to fix it.
I searched the forum and read the admin manual but not clear on this.
Please see attached photos

Mmmm... so no clarification help?   :(
I have searched the forum and read the 'how to' edit language definition.
But I really don't understand as yet.
Guess I will keep working on it.
This is a nice cart though.  :)

Hi.

Go to Admin-System-Settings-Details and set Warn for missing language text: OFF
