Title: Deleting the Estimate Shipping & Taxes drop down box

Hi guys , newbie :) here , just wanted to know how to delete the drop down box on the checkout/cart  page ? have provided a screenshot thanks

On the Admin Panel -  select  System > Settings > Checkout
then find the field at the towards the bottom of the form for Shipping and Tax Estimate -  select OFF  and SAVE,
That is disengage the estimate on the view cart
