Title: Is index.html supposed to be empty?

My index.html file is empty.   

In directoy.  Public_html/admin/system

Is this the right file and directory location, and is it supposed to be empty?   I was going to add something to it, when I saw this.

It should be empty. To add something you need to edit template files see similar post http://forum.abantecart.com/index.php/topic,3432.msg14744.html#msg14744
