Title: Can't create new products or content pages

Hi,

You guys have any idea why clicking the "+" to create a new product or a new content page does not take me to the create page? The icon just spins but nothing is happening...see attached image. I was able to create new products before...

If it helps, I can create a new category just fine...

Any help or pointer to solutions is greatly appreciated.

This is an interesting behavior.  >:( It seems to be working intermittently. That is, if I refresh the page and try the action, it would sometimes take me to the create page and sometimes it does not...also, once in the create page, it would sometimes let me save and sometime it does not....I tried this on both IE and Chrome, same behavior.  :'(

It seems that the Ajax call didn't trigger the form action because when the icon just spins, the browser didn't react...in cases where the action worked, the browser responded almost immediately...Is this an issue with AbanteCart or the browser? What's the best browser to use AbanteCart's Admin with?

I  have my best luck in FireFox. There are some know issues with Chrome and IE and it's going to be addressed in future.

And try clearing the cache in your admin panel and your browser .. I've seen it help a thousand times.

This can happen sometimes. For example, if there is a short interruption in the network, your server or browser.

This is a hard one. I have noticed that similar issues happen on other sites as well.
We will continue monitoring this until we can get more consistent issue

I have been a computer technician since 1965 when I worked on a Burroughs computer that had a 1 bit processor, bi-mag technology and it was all electron tube based. Intermittent problems are the hardest to find and some times are never found.

That's great to hear...so, how/when do get this fix updated in our version? I am currently on 1.2.1 ... Thanks again for all the comments...I was able to finish setting up my cart using combinations of FF, Chrome, and IE ;)
