Hi Forum,

Please i need help with my paypal express. I have set it up and is running okay as the testing of my credential confirm. But during a purchase testing transaction could be processed due to the following message below>

Could you please help on how to solve this please?

did you checked paypal credentials on extension edit page on admin side? i mean button test connection.
Also you can enable debug mode in settings and post debug info here

Hi,

Thank you for your replied, i have tested my credential and it works okay.
I tried a small purchase myself just to make sure that all is well if a customer was to buy something as the site is live and this is what i got right at the end of entering all payment details and submitting for payment confirmation:

PayPal Express Checkout Error: This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.. Test mode = 0. in /home/sharem15/public_html/excess-stock-depot.com/extensions/default_pp_express/storefront/controller/responses/extension/default_pp_express.php on line 126

I have not idea what this means or what to do to resolve it.

I have follow your instruction but all is well and i still get this error message coming up.

ok... try to
1. clear error log in admin.
2. enable debug mode in admin->settings->system with writing to log-file.
3. try to purchase to get error.
4 post debug info from log here
